Spoon Banana Fritters
INGREDIENTS
Banana – 2

Maida – 1/2 cup
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Cardamom -2
Water -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Preparation
Mash banana in a bowl, add other ingredients one bye one, then make a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter with spoon to the oil, then fry the fritters well. This is very small and tasty Pazham pori.
