Wheat , Potato Recipe
Ingredients
Wheat flour – 2 cups

Salt – 1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Water
Potato – 2 medium
Onion – 1 medium
Ginger – small peice
Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and onion, add salt, then saute it well. now add masala powders, mix it until the raw smell gone, now add mashed potato and kasoori methi, combine all together, then turn off flame. Once the heat gone , prepare a dough with wheat flour, salt, potato mix and water, make chapathi like dough. Divide it into equal balls, then flatten it into medium thick chapathis, fold it , and flatten it again for layers, then cook it in a pan.
