Soft idli Batter

Ingredients

raw rice-2 large cup

urad dal- 1 cup

fenugreek -1 tsp

cooked rice-1 cup

water

salt

Preparation

Soak rice, urad dal separately, add fenugreek to urad dal for soaking. Then grind it with cooked rice and make soft fine batter. Ferment the batter for one night in clay pot, next morning, add salt to the batter, mix well,then make soft and spongy idli.
