Tapioca Biriyani

Ingredients:

1 kg tapioca

ginger garlic and green chilly

shallots

beef

oil

fenugreek

tomato

onion

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon fennelpowder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

3/4 tbsp red chili powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

coconut

green chilly

fennel

turmeric

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, splutter fenugreek, then add ginger garlic and chilly crush, saute it well, then add onion and tomato, add salt , mix until it become soft and transparent, then add masala powders to it, after mixing it well add beef, combine all then cook beef for 3-4 whistle. Boil tapioca separately, crush coconut, masala powders, fennel seeds and green chilly together, then mix with tapioca, after combining this mix this with cooked beef. Mix everything well, then turn off flame.
