Rava steamed breakfast
Ingredients
puffed rice-1 cup
rice flour-1/4 glass
rava-1/2 glass
green chilly and curry leaves
oil
mustard
cumin
urad dal
onion-1
dry chilly
ginger
tomato-1
idli side dish powder
Preparation
Soak puffed rice for 10 minuts, then take it in a bowl, crush it with fingers, then add semolina, rice flour to it, mix it well , knead it to well and make a dough, divide it into equal balls, and steam it well. Heat a pan, add oil to it, then add urad dal, cumin and mustard..let it pop well, then add ginger, dry chilly and onion, saute it well, add dry chilly too, then add tomatoes, mash it well, then add steamed balls, mix all well, then turn off flame..
