Wheat flour Neyyappam
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour (atta)

1/2 cup jaggery (gur)
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Pinch of salt
Preparation
Melt jaggerry in a pan with less water. Add the wheat flour to a bowl, then add water and melted jaggerry, combine well, make a thick batter , Add the cardamom powder, and stir until everything is well combined. Heat oil in a pan, popur the batter with a spoon, then fry it in medium heat.
