Masala Dosa recipe

Ingredients:

3 medium-sized potatoes

3 tablespoons ghee

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon urad dal

1 teaspoon ginger, chopped

3 green chilies, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water

Dosa batter

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles. Peel and mash them. Heat ghee in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, ginger, green chilies, and onion. Sauté until fragrant. Add the mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, and water to the pan. Mix well and cook until the mixture is dry. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it evenly. Place a spoonful of the potato mixture in the center of the dosa. Fold the sides of the dosa over the filling and serve hot.
