Finger tips for soft chapathi
Ingredients
wheat flour
salt
water
luke warm water
Preparation
Prepare dough with salt, wheat flour and lukewarm water, make a soft dough. Use your finger and press tightly above the dough, then make holes, fill this holes with hot water. Rest the dough for 1/2 hrs, then take dough and divide it into equal parts, flatten each as much as thin, then cook it in tawa, you will get fluffy chapathy.
