Chicken Balls
Ingredients
500 grams boneless chicken
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder
2 potatoes
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon green chili
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon curry leaves
1/2 cup onion
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 cup cabbage
1 cup carrot
1 teaspoon dried red chili
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup bread crumbs
boiled potato
Oil for frying
Preparation
Marinate the chicken with salt and black pepper powder for 30 minutes. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic, green chili, ginger, and curry leaves. Saute for 30 seconds. Add the onion and saute until golden brown. Add the cabbage, carrot, dried red chili, and garam masala. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add the mashed potatoes and chicken. Mix well. Make small balls from the mixture. Dip the balls in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown Serve hot.
