Ingredients
Rice Flour-500g
Sesame seed -1tbs
Salt
Grated Coconut -1cup
Cumin-1tsp
Hot water
(Coconut) oil
Preparation
Take roasted rice flour in a bowl, add sesame seeds to it, mix well. Mix the rice flour with the grated coconut, cumin seeds, and salt in a large bowl. use hot water to knead it well, Gradually add the water to the mixture, stirring until it is well combined. Divide the dough into small balls Heat the oil in a pan ,Add the rice flour balls to the pan and fry for 5 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
