Banana Tea Cake
Ingredients
1 cup maida
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 baking soda
4 egg
1 tsp vanila essence
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar + 2 grampoo
1/4 cup+ 1 tablespoon oil
3 or 4 banana (depends )
Nuts optional
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Gradually beat in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the mashed bananas. Beat until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Let cool completely before frosting.
