Here is the recipe for beef chilly
Ingredients:
1/2 kg beef, cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon shallots paste
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons corn flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fennel powder
1/2 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon curry leaves
1 green chili, chopped
Instructions:
Boil the beef with salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and water for 6 whistles.
Once the beef is cooked, cut it into smaller pieces. Marinate the beef with ginger paste, garlic paste, chili flakes, corn flour, salt, cumin powder, and beef broth. Refrigerate the marinated beef for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the beef until it is cooked through. Add curry leaves and green chili to the same oil and fry for a few seconds. Add the fried beef to the curry leaves and green chili. Serve hot.
