Moringa leaf curry

Ingredients

moringa leaf

coconut

cumin

turmeric

garlic-2

shallots-5

green chilly

water

coconut oil

mustard

curry leaves

dry chilly

salt

shallots

Preparation

Grind coconut with shallots, garlic, cumin, turmeric and green chilly and make a paste. Heat oil in a clay pot, add mustard, wait until it pop well, then add dry chilly and curry leaves, saute it for a minute, then add shallots, saute it too, now add moringa leaves, saute it well, now add coconut paste , pour water, then add salt, boil it until it cooked enough.
