Ingredients
idli rice-1 cup

white rice-3/4 cup
urad dal-3/4 cup
salt
Preparation
Soak rices and urad dal separately, after soaking grind it with soaked water of urad dal , while grinding Add water gradually and mix until a smooth batter is formed. Cover the batter and let it ferment for 8-10 hours.Grease the idli molds with oil. Pour the fermented batter into the molds. Steam the idli for 10-12 minutes.
