Ingredients
broken wheat-1 cup
dry chilly-4
cumin-1 tsp
shallots-6
ginger
rice flour-3 tbsp
salt
coriander leaves
Preparation
Soak broken wheat for 1-2 hrs. In a mixie jar add dry chilly, cumin, ginger and shallots, grind it well, then add broken wheat, add a little water, then grind it well. Keep this batter aside for 1/2 hrs, then add rice flour, salt and coriander leaves, mix well, then make soft dosas with this batter.
