Sago Tikki, a delicious snack
Ingredients
sago-1 cup
peanut-3/4 cup
ginger choppes-1 tsp
green chilly-1
lemnon juice-1 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
pepper powder
salt
boiled potato-1
coriander leaves
Preparation
Wash sago well, then soak it for 5 hrs, then remove it from water. Crush peanuts, then add to sago, add chopped gingr, green chilly, lemon juice, salt, cumin and pepper powder, mix well, add mashed potatoes and coriander, knead it well and make cutlet like snacks, then fry it well.
