Semiya Upma
Ingredients
semiya
water
salt
carrot
beans
onion
cabbage
green chilly
capsicum
oil
coconut
turmeric
Preparation
Roast semiya well, then cook it in water by adding salt, then sieve it to a siever, wash it with cold water for stickyness removal. Heat oil in a pan, add onion first, then add all veggies one bye one, add salt and turmeric, then saute it well, add cooked semiya to it, combine well, add coconut to it, mix everything well, then turn off flame.
