Preparation
Soak avil for 25 minutes, then squeeze it from water and take in a bowl. Saute the veggies and coconut in a pan, add it to the poha, add salt and masala powders too, knead all well. Take banana leaf, apply the prepared dough above the leaf, then fold it and steam it in a steamer.
