Ingredients
coconut oil
mustard-1/2 tsp
onion finely chopped-2
coconut-5 tbsp
birds eye chilly
curry leaves
salt
turmeric
coconut
Preparation
Heat a pan on the stove. Add some light oil and let it heat up. Add half a teaspoon of mustard seeds and let it pop. Add finely chopped onions. Stir for one minute. Add five tablespoons of shredded coconut. Add six crushed chili peppers. Add some curry leaves. Add salt to taste. Add some turmeric powder (optional). Stir well.
Cover and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
