Sabudana Paratha
Ingredients:
1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)

1/2 cup water
1 cup boiled potatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped green chilies
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Dry roast sago rice, then grind it into fine powder. In a bowl, add mashed potatoes , then sago rice powder and other ingredients, knead it well and make a soft dough, divide it into equal small balls, then flatten it into medium thick parathas, then cook parathas in a pan.
