Mulak Bajji

This video is a recipe for making chilli bajji.

Ingredients:

10 chillies

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

1/4 teaspoon soda powder

Salt to taste

Water

Oil for frying

PREPARATION

Wash the chillies and pour hot water over them. Let them sit for 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix the turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, soda powder, and salt. Add water little by little to the dry ingredients until you get a thick batter. Drain the water from the chillies. Heat oil in a pan.Dip each chilli in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
