Tomato Egg Rice

Ingredients

kaima rice-1 1/2 glass

onion-2

ginger-3 piece

green chilly-1

garlic-5

coriander and mint leaves

tomato-3

egg-4

salt

turmeric-1/2 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

coriander-1 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

ghee-2 tsp

oil-4 tsp

whole spices

onion-3

curd-2 tsp

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, roast it for a minute, then add onion and ginger garlic and chilly paste , saute it well, then add tomato to it, mix it until it become mashed, now add masala powders to it, mix until it turns aromatic, next add curd, mint and coriander, after a mix add rice, roast it well, then pour water, let it cook well. fry boiled egg by adding masala, then add it to the rice. Now its ready to serve.
