Mackerel Fry with special masala
Ingredients
shallots-6
garlic-4
pepper corn-1 1/2 tsp
fennel-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
salt
vinegar-1 tsp
water
fish-6
oil
curry leaves
Preparation
In a mixie jar add all ingredients to prepare the masala, then make a fine paste, marinate fish with this masala for 1/2 hr, then fry it with curry leaves.
