green chilly
ginger

water
ragi powder-2-3 laddles
Preparation
Take sprouted seeds in a mixie jar, add green chilly, ginger, shallot , salt and water, grind it into fine paste, pour this to a bowl, add ragi powder, mix well, then make dosa in tawa. Prepare side dish whatever you like.
