Ration rice idli and dosa

Ingredients

rice -1 cup

raw rice-1/4 cup

urad dal-1/2 cup

fenugreek-1 cup

salt

Preparation

Take ration boiled rice and raw rice together, wash well, then keep aside for soaking. Soak fenugreek and urad dal together in clean water. After soaking it well grind with urad soaked water. Mix batter with your hand for 5 minutes, then keep this overnight. Next morning, add salt to the batter, mix well, then you can make dosa and idly with this batter.
