Preparation

Heat ghee and vegetable oil in a pan. Add spices and fry them. Add chopped onions and fry until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few seconds. Add rice and water, and cook until the rice is done. Add chopped carrots and cook for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves, cashews, and raisins.
