Preparation
Grate the carrots. Grind coconut, green chilies, and shallots. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and turmeric powder. Add the ground coconut mixture and stir for a few seconds. Add the grated carrots and stir for a few minutes. Add curd and stir until well combined.
