Leftover rice snack

Don’t waste last day rice, we can make a crispy snack with it

Ingredients

cooked rice-1 cup

onion-1

green chilly-

curry leaves

ginger

semolina-1 tbsp

rice flour-4-5 tbsp

salt

turmeric

Preparation

Grind boiled rice, then transfer the paste to a bowl, add other ingredients one bye one, knead it well and make a dough like mix. Take small portions from it and make vada, fry it in hot oil.
