Traditional Moru curry with Ash gourd

Ingredients

turmeric-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

salt

ash gourd

coconut oil-1 tsp

water-1 1/2 cup

coconut-1 1/2 cup

cumin-1 tsp

pepper -1/4 tsp

garlic and shallots

curd-2 cup

coconut oil

mustard

fenugreek-1/4 tsp

curry leaves

dry chillt

Preparation

Cook ash gourd with turmeric, chilly powder, salt . water and coconut oil. Grind coconut with shallots, garlic, pepper, cumin and curd, add to the curry, mix well, then boil it. Finally, season curry with mustard, dry chilly, curry leaves and fenugreek.
