It is a South Indian dish that is often served with Sadya, a traditional feast. The dish is made with ginger, yogurt, and spices. It is a healthy dish that is good for digestion.

Ingredients
•curd – 1& 1/2 cups

•Mustard seed – 1 tsp
•Dried Chilli – 3
•Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
•chopped ginger – 1/2 cup
•Curry leaves – 2 stalks
•grated coconut – 1/2 cup
•cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
• Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
•Salt – 1 tsp
Preparation
Whisk curd well, then keep aside. Grind coconut with ginger, green chilly, cumin and curd, make a fine paste. Add the paste to curd, mix it well, add salt too, keep this aside. Season it with ginger, dry chilly, curry leaves and mustard.
