Ingredients

maida / all purpose flour – 21/2 cup

warm milk – 1 cup

egg – 1

butter – 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp

yeast – 1 tsp

sugar – 2 tbsp

salt to taste

Preparation

Mix maida with milk, eggs, oil, yeast, butter and cardamom powder. Prepare a dough, then keep this aside for 1 hour then take the dough, knead it well and make small balls, flatten each balls, then apply oil and dust maid, then set is like a layer, then flatten it, apply jam on the top, then add tutti frooti over, fold it from one side to another, cut it like disc shape, then press a little, apply egg above, then bake it well.
