Payyoli chicken fry
Ingredients
chicken-1 kg
shallots-15
ginger and garlic
curry leaves
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder
fennel powder
pepper powder-2 tsp
lemon juice
salt
rice flour, corn flour-2 tbsp each
coconut oil

Preparation
Grind shallots, ginger and garlic together. In a pot, add masala powders, salt , lemon juice and grinded paste, mix well, keep 2-3 tsp aside, then add rice flour and corn flour to the leftover masala, add chicken, marinate it well. After 30 minutes, fry chicken well, add coconut and early kept masala to the pan, fry it well, then add above chicken, add fried curry leaves and green chilly, then serve it.
