Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and add spices like be leaf, cardamom, and cloves. Add crushed chilies, cumin, coriander, and onions. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute until fragrant. Add spices like Kashmiri chili powder, manthi masala powder, and coriander powder., saute it well, then marinate beef with this masala, then cook beef in pressure cooker by adding some coriander leaves. Once it cooked, take some gravy aside, then dry the curry in a pan.
For rice boil water by adding salt, maggi cube, oil and vinegar, add rice to boiling water, cook it about 805, then sieve the rice.
Layer rice with gravy, pour food color in between the layers. On top , put green chillies, food color and beef masala, then smoke the rice for 15 minutes . Now its ready to serve.
