Ingredients

drumstick leaves

jackfruit seeds

garlic

shallots-2

coconut-1 cup

green chilly

chilly powder

turmeric

oil

mustard

Preparation

Clean the drumstick leaves by removing the stems and washing them thoroughly. Finely chop the leaves. Grate or finely chop the jackfruit seeds.Grind coconut, garlic, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, and red chili powder into a smooth paste. Mix the chopped drumstick leaves, grated jackfruit seeds, and coconut paste in a bowl. Season with salt. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them splutter. Add curry leaves and slit green chilies. Pour the drumstick leaf and jackfruit seed mixture into the pan and stir well. Cover the pan and cook for a few minutes until the leaves are tender and the flavors are well combined , Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot with rice.
