Preparation

Make a spice mixture by combining ginger, green chilies, garlic, tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and crushed peppercorns in a blender and blend until smooth. Cook the meat and banana stem in a pressure cooker with the spice mixture and water for 8-10 whistles .Blend the cooked soup until smooth .Temper the soup by heating oil in a pan, adding oil and finely chopped shallots, adding the tempered spices to the soup . Serve the soup hot with bread or rice.
