Ingredients

Milk:3 cups (3/4 ltrs)

Vinegar / lemon juice :2 tblspn

Salt:1/4 tspn

Butter / Ghee: 1 tblspn

Gelatin/ China grass: 10 grms

Preparation

Pour milk to a pan, then put it on a stove, wait it for heat , dont boil the milk. Now add vinegar, then stir it with a spoon until the cream fully separate with water, turn off flame after, strain it to a cloth, take the paneer, then grind it well 2-3 times, use the separated water to grind, once it become creamy, transfer it to a pan. Soak gelatin in milk, then add to the pan, pour more milk, then boil it, stir it without stopping, add turmeric and butter, mix well , once it become slightly thick, turn off flame. Take flat plates, pour the mix, then keep aside for set, after 1/2 hrs, cut the cheese like slice.
