Mushroom masala
Ingredients
mushrooms
onions
green chilies
ginger
garlic
curry leaves
turmeric powder
coriander powder
cumin powder
garam masala,
oil and salt
PreparationSlice mushrooms and wash them in turmeric water. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Saute chopped ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Add sliced onions and cook until translucent. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala powders and saute. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
Add water or coconut milk and bring to a boil.Lower the flame and simmer until the gravy thickens. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
