Kids favourite, adults nostalgic sweet then mittayi original recipe
ingredients
maida-2 cup
curd
baking powder-1/4 tsp
baking soda -1/4 tsp
curd-2 tbsp
ghee- 1 tbsp
food color
water
sugar-2 cup
water-1 cup
cardamom
Preparation
Prepare maida dough woth flour, baking soda,powder, curd, ghee, food color and water, keep this aside for 10 minutes and then make small bites by cutting this with a bottle cap, fry this in hot oil. Melt sugar with water and cardamom, soak the fried bites in sugar syrup for 10-15 minutes. Then its ready.
