Ivy Gourd stir fry

Ingredients

ivy gourd

coconut pieces

shallots

coconut oil

salt

turmeric-1/2 tsp

onion

green chilly

chilly powder-1 tsp

Preparation

Wash and cut the kovakka. Heat oil in a pan and add coconut flakes. Once the coconut turns brown, add chopped shallots and saute until they soften. Add the cut kovakka, chopped onions, and green chilies to the pan.
Season it with spices and close the pan to cook until the kovakka is soft.Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
