Rava snack for tea
Ingredients
ghee-1 tbsp
rava-1 cup
sugar
coconut
cashew nuts
milk-1 cup
salt-1 pinch
cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
desicated coconut
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina, roast it well, then add sugar and coconut, combine it well, now pour milk, add salt and cardamom, mix well until it cooked and become thick. Once it become non sticky turn off flame. Once heat gone, make small shaped balls or whatever you want, then coat desicated coconut.
