Fish head Curry

Ingredients

tuna fish head

coconut

shallots-8-10

turmeric-1/4 tsp

fenugreek powder

chilly powder-2 tbsp

coriander powder- 11/4 tsp

tamarind

water

salt

green chilly

tomato

Preparation

Grind coconut with masala powders, shallots and tamarind, then add the paste to a pot with water, salt, chilly and tomato, boil it well, then add fish to it, boil it until it cooked enough, then turn off flame.
