Beef stew for breakfast snacks
Ingredients

ginger garlic-1 1/2 tsp each
green chilly
curry leaves
carrot-1
potato-1
second extract of coconut milk-1 cup
thick coconut milk
coriander leaves
Preparation
In a pressure cooker add beef and other ingredients for cooking in the list, add water too, then cook it for 5-6 whistle. Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, saute it for a minute, then add onion, ginger garlic, green chilly pepper powder and curry leaves, saute it well, then add potato and carrot, , pour second coconut milk, cook it well, then add cooked beef, boil it well, then add cashew paste and thick coconut milk, heat it well, add coriander then turn off flame.
