garam masala-1/4 tsp
Preparation
First prepare the dough. Mix maida, turmeric and salt in a bowl, pour water, knead it well and make a dough. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it well, next add tomato, saute it again for a minute, next add grated potato, combine well until potato cooked enough. Next add masala powders, mix it well, then turn off flame. Take the dough and make small chapathis, cut the mix to square shape, add filling, then fold it from all sides, now fry it.
