Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients like ginger, garlic, chilies, and onions. Add spices like turmeric powder and chili powder, followed by beaten eggs. Mix cooked chicken with spices like black pepper powder. Add the prepared string hoppers (idiyappam) to the pan and mix well with the chicken and egg mixture. Season with curry leaves and salt.
