Beef Liver Roast

Ingredients :

Ingredients for marination:

Liver – 500gm

Green chillies – 4

Chopped onion -1

Salt – 1 tsp

Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp

Curry leaves

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Pepper powder – 1 tsp

Meat masala powder – 1 tbsp

Coconut oil – 1 tbsp

Ingredients or roasting:

Coconut oil – 2 tbsp

Onion sliced – 2 medium

Ginger chopped – 1 & 1/2 tbsp

Garlic chopped – 1 & 1/2 tbsp

Green chilli – 1

Curry leaves

Turmeric powder -1 pinch

Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Wash and cut the beef liver into desired shapes.Marinate the liver with ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, turmeric powder, meat masala, and vinegar.Pressure cook the marinated liver without adding water until it is cooked through.Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger, garlic, curry leaves, green chilies, and onions until the onions turn brown. Add the cooked liver to the pan and saute until the water evaporates.Season with garam masala and pepper powder.Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
