Cow Beans Thoran
Ingredients
cow beans
water
coconut
dry chilly
garlic-6
cumin-1 tsp
curry leaves
coconut oil
mustard
shallots
turmeric
Preparation
Soak cow beans overnight, then cook it with salt and water in a pressure cooker. Crush coconut with dry chilly , garlic and cumin, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, then pop it well, next add curry leaves and shallots, roast it well, then add coconuit crushed and soaked cow beans, mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes then turn off flame.
