An evening snack with wheat and rava
Ingredients
salt
wheat flour-1 cup
suygar
rava-1/2 cup
maida-1/2 cup
ghee
coconut
cardamom powder
sesame seeds
baking soda
oil
preparation
Mix everything in a bowl, except coconut and make a thick batter. Roast coconut in ghee until it turn brown, then add to batter. combine all well. Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter with a large spoon to the hot oil, then fry it until it become light brown.
