snack made with bananas and semolina
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas

3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp coconut
3 tbsp semolina
3 cardamom pods
Oil for frying
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan. Slice the bananas and add them to the pan. Cook until softened. Add sugar, coconut, and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well. Gradually add semolina to the mixture and mix until it comes together.Shape the mixture into balls. Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown.Serve hot.This snack is a simple and delicious way to use up ripe bananas. It is also a great way to use up leftover semolina.
