Sesame and rice flake recipe

How to make a healthy and easy recipe using sesame seeds and rice flakes. The recipe is rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, and fiber, and can help improve digestion, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels.

Ingredients

Sesame seeds – 2 cups

Matta Aval( Poha) – 2 & 1/2 cups

Peanuts – 1 cup

Karuppatti – 500 grams

Water – 1 cup

Ghee – 2 tablespoons

Grated coconut – 2 cups

Preparation

The video starts with washing and drying the sesame seeds. Then, the jaggery is melted in a pan. After that, the sesame seeds and rice flakes are roasted and added to the melted jaggery. Finally, some spices are added, such as cumin, cinnamon, and cardamom.
