It is a recipe for a fish curry made with ivy gourd, this curry tastes exactly like a fish curry even though it does not contain any fish.

coconut
turmeric
ginger
green chilly
ivy gourd
coconut oil
mustard
onion
curry leaves
dry chilly
chilly powder
tamarind
salt
Preparation
First, the coconut is ground with green chilly, turmeric, nd ginger into a paste. Then, the ivy gourd is cooked in oil until it is soft. Next, saute onion , dry chilly and curry leaves in a pan,then add ground coconut paste, boil it well, add more water if required. Finally, the ivy gourd, tamarind, and salt are added and cooked until the curry is thickened.
